@chrisfrazier0@PatrickHeizer@heysamir_ It’s often not about being financially responsible. It’s not getting sick enough to require medical attention that is very expensive and leads to the #1 reason for bankruptcy in the U.S. “Glad you’re healthy and don’t need (insert medical intervention here).”
@mayukh_panja@anarkaliofara Just checking in to make sure you are ok. This isn’t the type of dialogue I generally experience among PhDs. I would say everyone’s journey is different. Many of us are not funded and work full time elsewhere.
@Liathetrader I realize this won’t solve the issue you’re posting about, but I do think the time is now for everyone who can to be planting gardens and learning how to process their own food - drying, canning, and/or freezing. We need to get back to these important basics.
