.@UPS shipped my package on the 16th. It was set to be delivered on the 19th. Was out for delivery the 19th, then again the 20th, and again today... how has it been out for delivery by 6pm for 3 nights in a row and isn't being delivered?? Have you lost it and won't admit that??

.@AmericanAir 3 bags had items stolen from them yesterday on your flights from Knoxville-Dallas/Dallas-Denver. Researching how to report it and all I'm seeing is it's super common and y'all won't replace it. Is there seriously no recourse to the fact that y'all hire thieves?

3 bags had several items stolen yesterday on @AmericanAir flight 2544 & 1322. Evidently, the company allows theft as long as your bag wasn't delayed. Contact me if you also had theft on these flights.

@AmericanAir Great, I'll also be working with the police and telling everyone I know. I fly regularly and have never experienced this. 1st time I've booked through AA in years and if this isn't made right I'll never fly with y'all again.
