@Barclaycard Thank you I appreciate that. Meanwhile my card is probably being used by whoever has found my wallet. But I’m glad I can log my concerns somewhere. Thankfully my limit is small so whatever damage will remain contained!

@Barclaycard worst ever. Lose your credit card, call to cancel, and can’t cancel it because I don’t have the card number. So this card is floating around active for anyone to use purely because your system can’t put together my details and a card. And no - I don’t have the app.

@Aramex I have the UK Royal Mail tracking number showing it is delivered but it is not in my SnS account. It was delivered over a week ago according to proof of delivery. Does this mean it is lost in the aramex warehouse? I’ll DM the tracking number.

@BootsUK totally rubbish customer service forcing people who are unable to visit the store as the only way to add points to advantage card. Not very inclusive is it?
