@airfrance @airfrance and @flyingblue erroneously canceled two of my family of five’s tickets from Venice to Washington DC one week ago. I did not request this cancellation. I was told by the Flying Blue representative that this would be resolved in 48 to 72 hours. Still no response!

Forcing ALS patients who only live 2-5 years post-diagnosis to wait more than 12 years for a decision on whether they can access a promising treatment is wrong.
