However we have had to take international nurses cos UK don't want the jobs. Agency earn alot more than staff too so there's another issue. Lots leave for agency

Nurses are leaving due to this throwing money into the NHS is all well and good but there's 0 staff to provide the service! More pts than ever no increase in staff. 3left my apprenticeship course
