@OntheBeachUK we have been trying to amend a simple booking for over a week and still no response from โbeach buddiesโ How hard can it be to add one person and one extra room! In this day and age of customer service I find this totally unacceptable!!! Will only use #jet2holidays

@Wickes This has been going on for ages due to faulty flooring supplied by @Wickes. Was told by customer service nothing could be done! Then when I mentioned taking in the radio with BBC three counties Radio all of sudden it could be replaced!!!
@Wickes Iโm extremely frustrated that I have repeatedly been promised call backs regarding faulty hardwood flooring purchased from the Bedford store and not once in 3 months has anyone bothered to call back absolutely shocking customer service!!!
@NatWest_Help does Natwest think it's fair to close a bank with out warning and then admit it there error but not call the customer back as agreed leaving a family with out access to their own money totally shocking customer service
