King’s Counsel representing Danny Tommo Rips to part the prosecution of criminal damage , it seems that unless the crown can give the cost of the damage then the case should be thrown out . King’s Counsel telling court they have no choice but to drop this . This is fun to watch . Well done all who donated to this representation because the KC is ripping their case to bits .
