@sarobertson_ But if you are older and break a hip….that would be an emergency in the US. In Canada you could be weeks until surgery. Then they’d have to re break the hip to repair it. Same for heart surgery….they hope you die while waiting.

@izzyayfr @EricSpracklen Had a USPS truck do this to use in AZ. Took 10 miles to pass another truck while going up and down hills. He stayed with the other truck and had a huge backup behind both of them.
@BradArnoldWX Maybe treat the major flash flood warning just like a PDS or Emergency tornado warning. But, it still is incumbent on the public to react, or even to pay attention. There are so many tornado watches/warnings that people just don’t listen.
