@SecDuffy Something needs to be done about that airport! Flew back into it in May, 5 international flights and 1 customs agent scanning passports, after the nightmare wait for a tram to the main terminal. And it’s a dump! I don’t care whose name is on it as long as it’s upgraded!

@realDonaldTrump Mr. President, citizen here, just flew into Dulles Airport for the first time from overseas and this customs and immigration needs an overhaul! 8 hour flight and have to wait for a shuttle because they can’t handle all the traffic! Very antiquated system.

@British_Airways flight cancelled to BWI and rebooked automatically through another overnight in Iceland! And now, BA cannot book me to another nearby airport tomorrow because you already confirmed the flight to Iceland which I NEVER consented! Do better.

@SouthwestAir just boarded my first flight with the new seats and while I was worried reading all the messages, my boarding experience was fine! A List, seat 7A, group 4, the flight attendants did have the forward bins closed so there was empty space for my bag in my row!

@amazon I’m losing faith in Amazon. It was so easy to drop off at UPS now there’s a charge. The nearest whole foods is 20 miles from house, Staples 15, I go to Staples (which is out of my way) machines are down!
