I've used my carrier for 12+ flights in a half dozen airports. Being called inhumane earlier sucked. Fix enforcement inconsistency. Fix the "must check-in to change seat" on website. Don't rebook a pet-in-cabin flier to emergency row! - loyal gold status frequent flier

@4WDHardware -- Need help with an order from 5/25/21. The site did not indicate it was out of stock. You do not have it in stock. You charged my CC. I called during listed hours, said customer service was closed. I requested a refund twice on the website as well.
