@virginmedia I wasnโt issued with one I was just told these things take time and I had to be patient. Which is easy for them to say when it isnโt there money in question. I have never encountered such shocking service and nothing seems to be getting resolved
@virginmedia is it typical policy for you to over charge your mobile customers over ยฃ290 in the space of 5 months. Or is my 82 year old grandad with dementia a special exception ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ just experienced the worst customer service from your call centre.
@virginmedia No when I call they seem to have no interest in resolving this matter. They have no concept that ยฃ290 is a lot of money. This is money my grandad needs
@virginmedia Iโm attempting to get this sorted as I am at work tomorrow. He gets easily confused and will struggle to understand if someone does ring him

This is impossible as the phone in question sits on a table at the side of him very rarely even on. The only call he will make is to myself or my mum if either of them have had a fall
@virginmedia I have been reviewing my grandparents online banking today to discover multiple excessive direct debits from yourselves. He was on a ยฃ5 a month contract up until a week ago. Your call centre reps are attempting to inform me this would be from additional costs.
