Remember how dry it was the summer with all the fires, and zero precipitation?

I LOATHE when ppl (boomers) say that ppl don't want to work these days.
That's not true. Ppl don't want to work for pennies. Ppl don't want to work 5 days a week & still be scraping bottom.

I say it a few times each year, but #BellLetsTalk Day is as good a day as any to repeat it: If ever you're overwhelmed & you need to vent, please drop me a line, even if we don't know each other. Sometimes it's easier to talk to a stranger. You'll never be judged. Empathy always.
Coming forward and talking about mental health is so important. It's also important to have great non-judgmental listeners ready and trained to have those hard conversations. Thank you to the listeners and advocates. Let's keep the conversations going!
