@WindKomia@henryseth@DChernookiy@luftwaff1e Hi, sorry about the issues. Could you get in touch with support via [email protected]? I think there may be a driver/app version mismatch but they will be able to help out more. If you're on the beta version (1.2) then get the driver from https://t.co/XQwuk5vqje
WE'RE LIVE! SonarPen 2 is now on Kickstarter, bringing you the much requested pointy nib, along with tilt detection and other pro features. Don't miss the early bird deals!

@DChernookiy@luftwaff1e Hey! In theory it scales a little bit, but the video feed is compressed regardless of the available bandwidth, so the limiting factor in terms of latency is encoding/decoding speed. I don't think you'll notice a big difference between USB 3/2.
@SkrillerBabcock@Anyonhaseo It might be better on version 1.2, you can ask [email protected] for help setting it up if you wish. Although I’m not sure if the S9 supports decoding video at its full screen resolution – some devices only support only up to 2k or even 1080p.
@Anyonhaseo I'm sorry, I don't think I will be able to provide much more help than the support team on this. Did you contact us at [email protected] yet?
@wuangmike@erang_yuu Oh, no need to apologise for sending us an email, we are of course trying to help everyone. It's just a little busy right now due to the issues we had with the update and it being the weekend, so sorry if we didn't get to you yet.
@erang_yuu Hi, I'm really sorry about the issues that we're currently having with the app update. We are unable to restore the beta version on the Play Store right now, but as a workaround you can download the beta apk directly (uninstall from your device first): https://t.co/IVFwTZYTPC
@Frostshocker Sure, let me know via email ([email protected]) if you have ideas! It’s a little complicated at the moment, but we _are_ working on an update.
@Felixxxx_18 Audio streaming can be enabled from the Android app’s settings after the update. If you updated both apps but it’s still not working, let us know at [email protected] and we’ll try to help.
@Felixxxx_18 Hi Felix, did you install the update for both the Android app as well as the Windows driver? The Android update can be installed by joining the beta program on the Google Play page, whereas the Windows installer is downloaded from https://t.co/XQwuk5uStG.
@brutalsam90@vertellerbarach Hey! To be honest, I think ports of the application is something we’re unlikely to do at this point. I would love to be able to support all of the use cases people have for the app, but platform ports are a major undertaking that requires a rewrite of a majority of the codebase.
@GasparMilan@ExpresiiPaint Hi! We are still providing support for the app and will continue to do so, though I apologise for the lack of version updates during the past year. We should finally have a new update out this spring.
@vertellerbarach Hey, at the moment we’re committed to maintaining the application, but probably won’t be adding major new features. I know the beta version hasn’t been updated in a while either, but if you haven’t tried it, there are a number of improvements available at https://t.co/XQwuk5uStG.
@forian_szabo@ExpresiiPaint Hey Sig, take a look at version 1.2 from https://t.co/XQwuk5uStG. Remember to update the Android app as well (instructions on the page). If you’re still having issues after updating, please write to us directly at [email protected]!
@RoyKisielo Hi! To draw with a regular touch screen phone, you need to select "emulate via touch" as the stylus type from SuperDisplay's settings. Then, connect to your PC and tap the round button until it changes to a pen. Send us an email at [email protected] if you need more help!
