"IT IS OFFICIAL NOW" Foreign Involvement Confirmed in #ManipurViolence

Manipur's security advisor #KuldiepSingh acknowledges foreign hand in #Moreh Terror Attack on 17 January 2024.

Earlier, CM @NBirenSingh expressed suspicions about the role of foreign militants in the ongoing Manipur crisis.

Initially, #KuldiepSingh, responsible for law and order in Manipur, stated there was no evidence of foreign involvement.

On 18 Jan 2024, #KuldiepSingh reverses stance, admitting to the participation of foreign militants in the Moreh terror attack. The incident involved violent attacks on security forces using heavy artillery, resulting in 2 policemen's deaths and 6 injuries. The alleged attackers are identified as Myanmarese militants.

Kuldiep Singh assures the public of additional forces being dispatched to Moreh to address the lawlessness and chaotic situation arising from the attacks.

The situation is no longer seen as an ethnic clash but as an assault by unlawful #KukiMilitants #KukiTerrorists on the lawful security forces of India. This is direct threat to National security of India.
