wearing a mask started out as uncomfortable and annoying, but ended up becoming a safety net for my anxiety in public. now the thought of NOT wearing one makes me feel extremely anxious. I feel way too exposed without my mask !!! I don’t want anyone to look at me !!!!
THERAPY IS GOOD!!! It’s doesn’t mean you’re weak, nor is it strictly for people at their worst!! It’s just as beneficial to a healthy mind in order to help you stay healthy!! if you ever desire a safe place just to talk or receive advice, it can help!! don’t write it off!!
