@MolliePayments Mollie investigation should take 15-30 days based on website info, grom supoort maximum 45 days....now its over 65 days no update. Just unblock my payouts
@MolliePayments I have lost trust with you guys...from November 2nd I emailed mollie risk team and to date no response and no action. I feel betrayed......I was promised action kn first week of Jan and to date no action. Should I even trust you guys?
@MolliePayments My payouts are blocked hence affecting my business negatively. I have no payment chargeback or disputes. Funds were in hold over 2 months and upon release now payputs are blocked. I need help!!!! I feel disappointed
@MolliePayments Holidays are over kindly unblock my payouts. I truly need themoney for my business bills. I did already deliver what my clients ordered.
@MolliePayments no good reason why my payouts are blocmed after 37 days of hold, no disputes no crime committed. Just poor support team pretending to be helping but no help. Why not be like paypal issues are sorted out withn 24-48 hrs. I regret using this company
@MolliePayments Kindly unblock my payouts......37 days on hold ended on 24th dec 2025, why keep my payouts blocked? For months I have emailed your risk teams and to date still no action. I delivered the ordered goods to my clients in Nov 1 and to date my payouts are blocked.

@MolliePayments I see no reasons why my payouts are blocked. It was in hold for 37 days I repeat again. Which is now cleared, all I am experiencing is payouts are blocked. Kindly note tge difference. What are the needs to block payputs for 2 months yet ni disputes from clients end
@MolliePayments No need for emails since same stories yesterday and tomorrow. I asked several times on email reasons why there is hold on my account and what I can provide to help the said investigation but no responses. Also please remember ewe are not talking on holds, its now payout block.
@MolliePayments I have all the emails and still no relevant helo from your teams. Thats whats disappointing, I have bee patoent for months and no action. Just unblock my payouts, I hate this games. Unblock tge payouts or just tell.em to forget the funds.
@MolliePayments What are the main reasons for the hold? My funds are not on hold, only the payouts are blocked. The hold wss 37 days and its been over for days now but payouts are blocked. Note the difference
