This reversal process has been on for over a month, I have sent series of mails, DM on their social media handles, and even called, but KUDA and UBA won't provide me my money.

@kudahelp_ng @joinkuda @UBAGroup @cenbank I made an erroneous transfer of #61,000 to a UBA account from my KUDA account, which I immediately reported and the beneficiary's account was lien on my complaint, luckily for me I was able to get in touch with the beneficiary.

He went to his bank and he filled a form for a reversal. The beneficiary's account has been debited by his bank since 12th of April 2023 and till now I'm yet to receive my money. UBA in their response said Kuda has not responded to the mail sent to them to effect the reversal.

@spleetafrica The biggest rental scam for me is paying inspection fee for every house I view. I had a very horrible experience on this.

@kudahelp_ng @joinkuda I did a transfer since on Sunday 19/02/2023 I have been debited but the beneficiary has not received the transfer till now and there wasn't any reversal. I sent a DM since yesterday and there hasn't been any response. Please what's going on?

I saw other twitter handles that are suspicious and might have been created by the same fraudsters which are @kudahelp_nhh @kudahelp_nvh @kudahelp_ngtt @__kudahelpng

@kudahelp_ng Guys please be careful and be sure of the Kuda twitter handle that replies on your tweets. I almost fell victim of an imposter who pretends to be Kuda Customer Care Agent. He told me to forward my complaints to the Kuda WhatsApp line to get a quicker response

It was at that point I knew he was a fraudster. He even asked that I should send the Pay ID barcode. I was really at the verge of being duped today. Guys, please carefully check the handle that replies on your tweet. The imposter uses @kudahelp_nvh which is not Kuda's handle.

@kudahelp_ng It's no doubt that Kuda has a very poor and ineffective customer care service. I raised a complaint that requires an urgent and immediate action since on Wednesday 28th Dec 2022, having sent several mails, calls and chat but no response till now.
