@Our_DA DA leaders need to check on service delivery in Phoenix. Infrastructure is collapsing by the day. All we get is notice from councillors. We don't want notices , we want resolution. Councillor's need to be on the ground not print notice from their office.

@Our_DA Where are all the DA councillors of Phoenix? No councillors are responding to the water crisis in Phoenix. Councillor's are not taking our calls. Sameer Singh is the only DA councillor on the ground bringing upddats to residents while the rest are in hibernation.

@Our_DA Geordin Hill Lewis please urgently look into this Ward. Residents of ward 51 Phoenix is frustrated with lack of service delivery. No water in our taps. All we get is message from councillors with no resolution to the problem.

I'm having issues with my fibre network and Webafrica agent says I must have a laptop to do a test. Everyone with fibre doesn't own a laptop. It's mainly for streaming and browsing on mobile phone. Please advice how to change my service provider.

@vumatel @webafrica I'm waiting to report slow fibre speed on the Web Africa's WhatsApp platform and no agents available. Can Vumatel recommend another service providerb I want to change over. Every time I cannot get through to webafrica. This is the worst customer service.

@Our_DA The DA only want our Indian votes. All wards in Phoenix are run by DA. Councillors are not resolving the water problem Ward 51 is the worst of all. Our roads are like streams with water leaks . We have no water. DA needs to take action and replace these councillors.

@vumatel @webafrica No customer service from webAfrica. My fibre network is slow and I've been waiting for an agent almost 2 hours on the whattsapp platform. Only response from the bot. Are the agents still in the holiday mood? Pathetic service

@vumatel @webafrica The customer service on the WebAfrica is very slow. Logging a complaint or fault on the WhatsApp platform takes hours and sometimes no response at all. We are not getting service and we are paying customers. Please can Vuma change webAfrica service provider

@webafrica @vumatel I received a Wattsapp message my monthly payment was unsuccessful although I have funds in my account. However I cannot get through to webAfrica on WhatsApp. Only automated messages coming through. How can I solve this query with no service from webAfrica.

@PedrosChicken Pedro's Starwood Phoenix ,the worst service ever. No stock of breast pieces. This is a lie, happened twice previously at the Woodview branch. When I said It I will contact Head office it was suddenly available. Complained to Pedro's head office,no action was taken.
