@AmericanAir Yes, that’s the contract. You are responsible for ensuring the aircraft is airworthy and safe for flight and we pay you to fly on it at a certain date and time. If those terms are no longer workable for you, we need to renegotiate. Was this maintenance scheduled or unscheduled?

@British_Airways We were on the tarmac for 2 hours after a 4 hour delay and then I missed my flight at 4:30pm to Oslo and then all flights were cancelled and you lost my luggage! So bad!!!!
