@AvantiWestCoast poor service birmingham to cov today. Cancelled trains Trains over crowded. This is happening alot over the last few months. The service is poor and standards are dropping. When will you resolve upur cancellations. Its always damaged overhead wires .

@LNRailway what a joke today with the trains. Got on at coventry to birmingham new street for the conduct saying terminating and birmingham international. Why was this not stated on the platform . Poor from your company especially for disabled passengers .

@NWBusNTrain got on train to Birmingham new street from coventry while on train said it would not be going to New street. Why was this not said on the platform at coventry. This service is always poor and delayed

@Tanni_GT I disagree I get to ask and get train tickets as I’m partially impaired I cannot see the machines. I book disabled assistance more often not their often their. so come on let the ticket office be available. Some of us like to use cash or speak to a human.

@StagecoachMids extremely disappointed that my village now has 1hourly bus service to Coventry or Rugby. I’m disabled and have to get to work. I cannot drive due to disability. You have not completed any consultation with then village. Absolutely appalled by this .

@LloydsPharmacy trying to make a compliant about UHCW Lloyds pharmacy need meds tell you to ring Guess what your phone lines ring cut off nobody answers the phones suggestion you man the phone line to look after your customers.

I’ve tried everyday 15 times a day 3 weeks.
