We had a wonderful week of culinary celebration with the 2005 World Champion of Pastry and MOF Pâtisserie & Confiserie (2007), Chef @philippe_rigollot.
Together with our award-winning chefs, MOF Cuisine (1996) Chef Jean-Yves Leurangier and Michelin-starred Koral’s Executive Chef Jean Baptiste-Natali, they showcased their culinary expertise at @koralbali, @selasardeli, and Pala Restaurant.
The event was enhanced by dance performances that illustrated the essence of these five elements in humans and the enchanting melodies of the Batuan ‘Genggong’ instrument.
