We were left stranded in JFK airport, no where to stay, our flight cancelled….what did @lastminute_com do….nothing. We had to fend for ourselves. Thinking Last minute would be there to advise us….sadly not. They do not provide the service you would expect

Do not use Lastminute. Com. They are NOT a travel agent, no service at a time of need; left over a thousand pounds out of pocket. Their customer service is appalling.

@Gymshark the worst customer service. Do not buy from this company. They have failed to deliver, have tried to get in touch but all automated bots. The bot is saying that it will put me through to a teammate but the normal response time is 3 days! Total rip off @gymshark so bad
