We took over a clean and well-functioning Johannesburg CBD and had a simple task of maintaining and enforcing bylaws.
We have failed. The JHB CBD has become a pit that will be difficult to rescue!
Ukuth they once moered you, I don't care. These ones hated disorder. They had been deployed to Hillbrow in every corner of the crime hotspot, patrolling there in their Vitoz, watholakala uphuza emgwaqeni kukhala impama, wabamba inkunzi bazokugxoba, wadubula bazokusebenza ngenhlamvu. Laba hated lawlessness so much. They wouldn't negotiate with a person who has done wrong. Bakufaka impama. Here we had the real policing force. Lelizwe lifile because this force was suppressed, they cleaned I Highpoint e Hillbrow kwanyiwa.
Portia Masuku (33) has been scammed R30 000 after she tried to buy a car on Facebook, from A Nigerian car dealer known as Vakombe.
According to the statement, Portia saw the car on Facebook, which is a Toyota Fortuner, white in colour, and started chatting with the salesman who introduced himself as Mr Vakombe and sent her the Car Pictures.
Portia Masuku said: I've been budgeting this money for 3 years. I am working as A Controller at Shoprite.
I was saving to buy this car for my mother as she's now in a wheelchair ♿️ thinking she'll use it when going to collect her medicine from the clinic as my brother has a license.
This man called Vakombe sent me pictures of the car and told me to deposit only 300 for petrol so that he can add petrol and bring the car.
I did give him, but after some hours he called and said he's almost here at the Location I gave him but he can't come out because he doesn't trust me
He said What if you gang up to take the car for free, he suggested I send the whole money R30 000 all of it, so that he can appear and give me the car fast and go. I did send him the R30 000
And after that, his phone went off. Till now, it's already 6 hours full solo ngintjinyile ngilinde imoto said Portia.
Indeed they have scammed her 30k just like that this afternoon, while the police opened the case of theft and perjury.
