NYLI CBRE Global Infrastructure Megatrends Term Fund ( MEGI) is a non-diversified, closed-end fund. It aims for a high total return with a strong focus on current income by investing in infrastructure-related securities—common and preferred stocks, convertibles, and warrants—of companies with market caps above $500 million. The fund targets three major global infrastructure megatrends: decarbonization, digital transformation, and asset modernization, and carries a defined term structure, winding down around December 15, 2033.
Why You Might Want to Own $MEGI
If you're seeking a high-income investment tied to secular global trends, MEGI offers compelling monthly income with built-in exposure to megatrend-driven infrastructure. It's suited for investors looking for cash flow and growth aligned with decarbonization and digital upgrades, without direct equity ownership. The closed-end nature provides opportunities to buy at NAV discounts and benefit from leverage-enhanced yield.

Amplify Lithium & Battery Technology ETF (BATT) is a thematic ETF that seeks to provide investors with exposure to companies across the lithium and battery value chain. This includes firms involved in mining and refining lithium, producing battery components, and developing electric vehicles and energy storage technologies. The ETF is designed to capitalize on the growth of electric vehicles, renewable energy storage, and the global push toward decarbonization.
Why You Might Want to Own BATT
You might consider owning BATT if you want direct exposure to one of the most transformative long-term investment themes: the global transition toward electric mobility and renewable energy. Unlike broad clean-energy ETFs, BATT is laser-focused on lithium and battery technology, making it appealing if you want a more “pure play” allocation. While it carries volatility and sector risk, the ETF could serve as a growth-oriented satellite position within a diversified portfolio, offering the potential to benefit from both the electrification megatrend and innovation in energy storage.

ETF Overview
The iShares MSCI Global Silver and Metals Miners ETF (SLVP) tracks the MSCI ACWI Select Silver Miners Investable Market Index, providing targeted exposure to global companies involved in silver mining and exploration. With a concentrated portfolio of 27–32 stocks—heavily weighted toward Canadian (~70%) and U.S. (~15%) firms—SLVP offers a high-beta, equity-based alternative to physical silver or futures contracts, allowing investors to benefit directly from rising silver prices.
Why You Might Want to Own $SLVP
If you're bullish on silver—driven by industrial demand (e.g., solar, electronics), supply deficits, and monetary hedge appeal—SLVP offers a high-beta leveraged route. It is best suited for investors seeking leveraged silver exposure via equities, with conviction in rising metal prices and industrial demand. Its strengths are in cost-efficiency and targeted exposure.

I know some of you are interested in Nike (NKE).
I finally got all the metrics I need for my Nike (NKE) analysis this morning.
I currently have an estimated intrinsic value of $38, with a risk/stability grade of “B.” That translates into a target BUY price of $32.
Just because a stock has fallen dramatically (76% drawdown) doesn’t mean it’s cheap. At around $38, I consider Nike (NKE) fairly valued—not undervalued.
Looking at the chart, it certainly looks sold out, and the 4.3% dividend yield is attractive and, in my opinion, probably safe. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a nice rally from these levels.
But a potential rally and an attractive long-term BUY price are two different things.
I have no plans to add Nike (NKE) to an AAAMP Portfolio at this time.

For decades, investors benefited from falling interest rates, globalization, abundant liquidity, and steadily rising asset valuations.
I believe several of those forces are now reversing—and that the investment strategies that worked best over the last 20–40 years may not be the ones that work best going forward.

ETF Overview
Global X MLP ETF (MLPA) is a U.S.-listed exchange-traded fund structured as a C‑corporation that tracks the Solactive MLP Infrastructure Index. It invests in roughly 20–22 of the largest and most liquid midstream master limited partnerships (MLPs) focused on pipelines, storage, and energy transport infrastructure across North America. This is a sector that tends to be less sensitive to commodity price swings and more driven by fee-based models
Why You Might Want to Own $MLPA
MLPA is a smart pick for income-focused investors seeking exposure to essential energy infrastructure with simplified tax reporting—it issues a 1099 instead of a K-1. While the ETF comes with sector concentration and cyclical volatility, its relatively low correlation to the broader market can offer useful diversification. For those comfortable with the risks, MLPA provides an efficient way to tap into high yields from midstream energy assets without tax-reporting headaches.
