@facebook It's a bit impossible to set up a business page. My account keeps getting disabled when 8 try to set one up. No one is answering our appeals. What gives? Doesn't seem like you're supporting small businesses anymore, lots of other complaints like this one online.
@KPMemberService You waited over a year to pull payment for a procedure, sent EOBs well after you decided not to pay, and now refuse to help me with correcting the situation, so that my true primary care provider can help me.
@KPMemberService thanks, your customer support hung up on me while I was on the phone trying to correct a billing mistake, which you made over a year ago. Your lack of staying on top of patient billing is going to cause me to pay $68k. Nothing but runarounds from you.
