#ICYMI, The @BritGeoSurvey (BGS) produced a report identifying areas of the UK prospective for critical raw materials for the Critical Minerals Intelligence Centre (CMIC).

BGS identified large parts of the country as prospective for CRMs, with north-west Wales being highlighted as a prospect. It represents one of the first steps in the UK Government’s critical minerals strategy, which aims to make the UK more resilient to disruption in critical mineral supply chains by accelerating the growth of domestic capability.

For Anglesey Mining, this report is particularly promising, as it supports the development and exploration of our flagship Parys Mountain project. The identification of prospective areas for critical raw materials in North Wales strengthens our belief in the value of our asset and the role it can play in the UK's mining industry.
