Good morning. I’m going to criticize the US administration for some of yesterday’s announcements, but is it part of a bigger plan?

OK, Mr. Trump, potash fertilizer comes from Canada. It’s mined deep underground in really only two places in the world: western Canada and Russia. It’s part of the essentials needed to grow a crop (NPK). You are going to cause US farmers a whole lot of hurt with extra costs, and if they don’t use it, yields will be way lower.

The $50-an-acre subsidy will hurt Canadian farmers more than US farmers and will keep input costs up.

Maybe it’s part of the bigger plan, because oil, gas, potash, uranium, and food are all in western Canada and the US needs them. So is it time for Saskatchewan and Alberta to become the next two states to join the USA? We are the only two worth joining.

Hitting Deere with right-to-repair is OK, but if useless DEF got dropped, that would be a game changer. Also we have a bunch of useless shit on all new equipment and in the same assembly plant line a similar machine is made and delivered way cheaper to other countries farmers with none of it added.

The Carney crew will get exposed today thanks to the opposition. See, easterners, an opposition’s job is to keep the government fair and honest. It’s not a bad thing. It’s not angry when you expose wrongs. But today one thing is certain: we’ll see which Liberals don’t want a united Canada. An idiot in Calgary and another northern one in Saskatchewan who are Liberals voting against moving our oil needs to be watched.

Good morning. Still doing last-minute farm things before heading back south.

Don’t ever get me wrong—I loved growing up in western Canada—but over the years I’ve realized the Kool-Aid drunk out east is different, and it’s been that way since day one.

When you can’t trade freely across Canada, it’s not united. Saskatchewan and Alberta have, in theory, been used and abused forever. Landlocked bullshit. Want to clean this country up? Keep holding back the power provinces.

The biggest grift right now is pushing the narrative that the USA is bad and we can trade our way out with the rest of the world. Yes, more global trade, but getting a proper deal with your largest trading partner is priority one. Don’t destroy your own country to push climate change nonsense when 80% of it is covered in trees. Guess what—next spring the burnt areas will start growing again and regenerate.

Canadians need to wake up and see who funds these climate activist groups. We need better education on climate, plants, soil, and life.

@thehealthb0t I was a plumber, copper was hard to work with, and lead solder was used to make connections. So plumbers loved plastic. However, now there is a machine crimped fitting and machine cutters that make copper as easy to work with as plastic. Copper costs about 3 times more.
