@alaskalandmine 3rd World like the norm of trash in countries like Cambodia.
Annex Now to Mat-Su will move the needle for the State and depravity of Anchorage. (https://t.co/BmME9wIiOF)
@adndotcom@AlaskaBeacon Good on our Governor to bring common sense and not waste EMS time and money on philosophically conjured up emergencies which our veterinary professions have and can continue to address. By the way the veterinary professionals, board, and other professionals advised a no vote.
@JeffLandfield DOGE is a benefit to Alaska. It eliminates the “save the penguin$” spending programs (which we don’t have penguins in Alaska to save) and it reduces wasteful Federal programs in Alaska which don’t necessarily talk to their state counterparts. Revenue also increases with volume.
@adndotcom Example of the corruption of “Certificate Of Need” that is driving the State Health officers to be bullied by those healthcare systems who have been given privilege. Real care of Alaskans is lost! Give Alaska Regional permission and let them use true Capitalism to provide!
@AKNewsNow Return challenges are often due to financial logistics, department of correction probation mandates, or “excommunication” from the village. Many want to return. Bronson keeps options open toward resolutions while others delay the process with winter only months away.
@AKNewsNow Mayor Bronson is on the right track for looking at options for the homeless. In Anchorage, many are homeless because they are stuck in Anchorage and cannot return to their village. Could this represent 1/3 of the homeless. What about those who want to return to the lower 48?
