@LeeOrme2 @KuyVon@mrjamesob When we had solar panels fitted to our house in April 2021 we bought panels that work in light rather than only direct sunlight. They were more expensive but last year our electric Co paid us £174 more than they charged us.
@HopeShiloh2 Hope. You might think religion is a load bullsh1t but there are times in my life when I've felt downcast, maybe not as much as you do, but my faith in my Lord, my sweet Lord has held my life together.
If you would like prayers, just say. Please do
@Charlespamela2 @Danidemocracy22 @montaillacman It goes back far beyond that. Britain has been declining in terms of influence and leadership since the 1950's and series of bad calls from successive governments, Reds or Blues
@MObfuscated@DeborahMeaden I admit that when I was 17, I walked the council estates of Coventry canvassing for the Socialist Workers Revolutionary party. But as said, I was 17 and a rebel. I was concerned that you call everyone who doesn't buy the Con party rhetoric a Socialist?
@MartinSLewis@kevmcpheat I presume they think if you aren't on mains gas, you must be rich and live in the countryside. They wouldn't want to be seen helping the advantaged, would they?
@EjaluJohn@DeborahMeaden Good point about a weaker currency having other benefits such as imports becoming more expensive, so buy British and exports becoming cheaper fir other countries ti buy, so buy British. Not sure that was the plan though!
@stu09@DeborahMeaden Don't you get it? She doesn't want this tax cut and never did. The point she is making, and I agree, is that the 11% tax cut for those on about 7 x the average was ill conceived and wouldn't boost the economy in any way.
@ElenaNicolson@MactaggartJulie@DeborahMeaden Please don't forget that what was written on the side of Boris's battle bus was a tissue of lies (bullsh1t)so don't ever expect any of it to materialise. Lots of my generation and growing up on a coal board estate hated MT but at least she kept her word.
