long thread! Pls. read on...

I’ve recently been diagnosed with cancer. While this is a huge shift in my life, I see it as another gift disguised as an obstacle — another lesson — in a long path of growth and discovery. (1/8)

This song is about an incident that took place in 1986, when the CBS news anchor Dan Rather was attacked on a New York City sidewalk by a crazed man yelling "Kenneth, what is the frequency" The man turned out to be William Tager, who was caught after he killed a stagehand outside of the Today show studios Tager, who was sentenced to 25 years in prison, said he was convinced the media was beaming signals into his head, and he was on a mission to determine their frequencies

R.E.M - What's The Frequency Kenneth (Live in 2003) ▶️

It's been a fantastic summer. I've been benefiting from family time, beach time, creative time, together time. Being in this moment, of sun & waves. Since my diagnosis and treatment, seasonal changes are more cinematic, I find each day to be a feast for the senses. More soon!

[Ken Stringfellow @KenStringfellow]

Thank you so much Sean - it's been a pleasure to get to you know you.

@KenStringfellow @Stringfellowdom My favourite couple in music

I will never forget coming to meet Ken once in Hampstead, prompted by Dominique, and pondering life, justice and everything outside Hampstead church - then listening to Known Diamond live about a month later

Love always
