Why bring on a consultant? Fresh eyes that don’t play politics or protect their own job. They’ll actually tell you the hard truths.
Big firms love buzzwords. I’m a solo operator who builds real systems in warehousing, retail, and food service.
Running operations audits now. Peak is coming fast — if you’re not prepping, you’re already behind.

Most 3PLs aren’t broken , they’re just carrying a lot of friction they’ve gotten used to.
Same headaches every day: late picks, constant firefighting, people working around broken processes.
The owners who reach out usually say the same thing: “I knew we could run better, I just didn’t have the outside eyes to see exactly where.”
That’s what the Fulfillment Turnaround Audit does. I come in, find the highest-impact fixes, and give you a short, prioritized list. No fluff. No 80-page report.
Taking on a couple more audits this month.
If you run a $5M–$25M 3PL and want the real blockers fixed, DM me.

@neerajjj6785 Get your process dialed in first. If you bring in clients/customers and your product sucks, then what is the point? Quality will always lead to long term growth
@cleanwithmike every industry is saturated! You are right though, the companies that got the basics done and their processes in place will always rise to the top.
@irentdumpsters A new fancy system will never help you grow, you need solid processes that are being followed. That is how you get REAL traction and growth.
@Seanfrank@rachcorrine Good thing I do not care about looking cool, since I am naturally cool. I prefer efficiency over looks everyday. Nothing beats a good backpack.
I help mid-market 3PLs fix operational chaos and build systems that actually scale.
Most 3PLs hit a ceiling where their current workflows, labor models, and processes stop supporting growth. I work with leadership teams to restructure operations so they can scale profitably without breaking.
If you’re running a 3PL and growth is starting to feel painful, let’s talk.
