Liberty mutual insurance sucks stay the hell away from Liberty. I am now 31 weeks with no settlement on a no fault auto accident claim and I have a signed agreement that Liberty refuses to honor

Part 1/ Many HOAs are out of control. Not in ever case but often times people that patrol a subdivision are like little #Nazi Storm Troopers thinking they are GOD like creatures enforcing rules and regulations.
Things must change, and for the better !

Part 2/ People have enough to worry about without getting stupid enforcement letters over petty needless rules.
I will revise these enforcement rules, make them standard, to comply with simply commonsense.

Part 3/ HOAs will NOT be able to foreclose on property for non-payment. Or impose fines for simple rule violations.
Also, WHITE exterior is better for this hot #Arizona environment so anyone who wants, may paint the exterior of their home WHITE.

Part 4/ HOA Boards must be comprised of Permanent #Arizona Residents, and U.S. Citizens only. To be on the board you must live in the community.
Property Management companies must be changed every year. Landscape contracts will also have to be changed yearly.
