Why is outbound cold calling the best lead generation strategy?
To evaluate a lead generation it has to be scalable, low cost per lead, trackable and low start up cost.
1) Scalability- It is extremely easy to both scale up and own with cold callers. We can get you started in under a week and add new callers within a couple of days.
2) Low Cost per lead- I get this question all the time. The easy response I give is "You know why you get so many cold calls all day? Because it works"
3) Trackable- You have to know where your leads are coming from. We can precisely measure your cost per lead.
4) Low Start up cost- There is no set up cost to our service. It's just data and callers.

It sounds like he has a permanent policy (not term), so my guess is that the cash value net of insurance costs accumulated over all the years may be running low, and the premium he is paying is not enough to support his future insurance costs (these increase by age).
He should call his agent or general number to get an illustration for his policy. They will be able to walk him through all this.
The illustration projects when the policy will run out based on his current premiums. He can continue the policy if he increases the payment. Or let it lapse if he doesn’t need it anymore
One of the most underrated things about using offshore employees, aside from the obvious savings, is the ability to scale up and down quickly.
In good times, you can add people in a matter of days. If they don't work out, you can fire them quickly.
It's much harder to do onshore with laws and other factors.

He's right. It's just about getting leads. It has nothing do with real estate. Could be selling Dental insurance. RE is just the product.
If you can do 10,000 cold calls per month yourself, go for it.
If you don't want to do that, why not hire a service that can do that for you? All you need is ~1 sale a year to pay for the yearly expense.

I think if you deliver great value for the leads that are brought to you, you can enhance your brand.
It's not scammy. It's a lead. We don't target seniors or people who might be in mental distress. We target people that might be interested in the product we are selling.
