One thing I’ve learned about #leadership is that before you can lead others, you need to lead yourself well. Part of that means making time to rest and relax. Before you can #careforothers, care for yourself. Make time for exercise, go for a hike, watch movies, or hug a horse.
No matter how much money we make, no matter how much power we accumulate, no matter how many promotions we’re given, none of us will ever be declared the winner of life.
