@nimtimtim Yep, same thing here, trying to exclude basements and lower ground floors completely - anybody get any clarity on properties on sloping sites where the front may be below G/L but the rear is essentially at relative G/L at that point?
This might appeal to some - the publisher I use for my book is looking to expand their "Home Improvement" range of titles and are interested in hearing from would-be authors. It's a nice little earner, and once it's published, it's money for sitting on yer arse!
