There is a difference between demanding accountability and being being emotionally retarded. Let me give you a simple explanation. There are roads under national gvt and roads under county gvt. Demanding accountability is asking the both gvts to do their jobs. Emotional retardants comes in when you blame your governor over national gvt projects and vice versa. Now if you listen to the lady carefully u will realise she is basically saying nothing under that eloquence.
Ask Homabay governor about for example the state of Homabay hospital you will be demanding accountability. Ask Kisumu governor about JOOTRH hospital which is now a parastatal and you are a retard.
The roads in question in Homabay are under KURA. I dont know since when does a homabay governor or previous Luo leaders as you put had control over that sector?
