Had a good weekend with the boys. Felt good at the plate, was aggressive with some hard barrels and worked the middle of the field. Also stole a bag and made some plays at SS. 💪

Opened the fall season at the @prepbaseball STL Fall Open. Had a great weekend overall. Was pitched around all weekend not getting much to hit. .500 (1-2 and 5 BB)

Nutrition. Skill development. Strength and conditioning.

And the standard starts before professional baseball. D1 baseball is not legally identical to pro baseball, but the line has changed: college athletes can earn NIL compensation, and athletes at participating schools may receive direct institutional payments.

If you want a paid roster spot, prepare with a professional standard.

Desire chooses the destination.
Discipline builds the schedule.
Commitment follows it when motivation disappears.
