Apologies Brother. Can you shed some light on this “prolonged non-usage of property” case. What was your experience? If you can, please share the decision of the court or the document/process you or your legal rep were given.
Try as much as possible to be visiting the property once in a while like once a week. Don’t just leave it vacant. She can file a case of prolonged non-usage of property in court and they might grant her access.

Do you remember this brilliant 15-year-old girl, Josie Ani from Evergreen Schools, Enugu?
She met me at the South East Educators Conference while trying to sell her book titled Diary of My Ink.
So far, she has made ₦970,000 in sales. She will be donating 10% of her earnings to charity and using the rest to support her NGO, where people in Enugu can exchange plastic waste for free transportation.
She transformed her experiences in secondary school and life into beautiful poetry.
I saw a little Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie in her, and I believe we need to support her as she continues to make great strides.
I have already bought my copy, and I absolutely love it. We need this book in every home and in the hands of every child.
You can get your copy here https://t.co/nJ8yfRYG2j and it will be delivered to you.
Gentlemen, when someone misbehaves, do not react so angrily that your response overshadows the initial misbehaviour and now becomes the issue.
Don’t end up being the one needing to apologise when you were initially the victim of bad behaviour.
Be clear that you will not accept or tolerate the misbehaviour, but be measured in how you express your disapproval. This is especially important when you are in a position of authority over the other person. It is also especially important in your relationship with your woman.

If you’re seeing this, especially as a young man trying to build his life from a humble background, understand that one of the fastest paths to financial ruin is gambling.
I’ve seen it destroy lives here in the U.S. with all the opportunities and support systems available. Imagine what it can do to you in Nigeria. Ọnwụ gburu Alhaji, nwete Almajiri, ọ sụọ ya akwụ.
Forget the occasional “wins” you see online. Many are just highlights hiding deeper stories of debt, regret, and ruined finances.
But then again, you don’t have to listen to me.
I have one guiding principle in life — I don’t cheat people because I believe that’s the gravest of all sins.
@Benjmoneee1 has left me no option than to do this. I had exercised patience, brother to brother, man to man.
But apparently he is out to make a mess of me and my reputation.
2 years ago, June particularly, a client of mine through my help, recovered two direct Belgium Sienna vehicles 2013 model (push to start) from a debtor as part of a payment being made.
She entrusted me with the vehicles since it was recovered in Abuja and she’s based in Lagos.
She wanted those vehicles sold here in Abuja.
I reached out to @Benjmoneee1 since he was someone I know was into the car business. He and I came to a resolution however he was in Lagos, so he asked me to deliver the cars to his car stand which I did.
For full transparency, I also made sure all conversation were tripartite — myself, himself and my client.
