Monday Morning QB

Unity 2028 (Nulick)

What a weekend at the invite only PGF Goodwill Games in Stockton, California.

Unity 2028 went 5-1 overall and finished 3rd, competing against some outstanding teams and elite level competition. More importantly, the girls continued to show the growth, toughness and resilience we’ve been looking for.

🔥 In the circle:
2028 @madisonmasa2028 led the way with 3 wins, facing 81 batters over the tournament with a 1.38 WHIP.

💥 Offensively:
@pipernulick, @AubreyTrindade, @kiki_DVldz_2028 and @maddiecritch12 combined for 66 plate appearances, hitting a combined .500+ with a combined OPS well over 1.000.

⚡️ On the bases:
@citlalibanks03 and @raynieramirez09 combined for 11 stolen bases, constantly putting pressure on opposing defenses.

And perhaps the biggest takeaway…resilience. This group battled back multiple times throughout the weekend and never hesitated when things got tough.

I’m extremely proud of the progress this team continues to make. We’re putting these girls in front of elite competition every weekend, and they continue to embrace the challenge and compete.

We’ll be showcasing our talent in Houston in just a few weeks. I cant wait to showcase our players!

Proud of this group!!!

We’re just getting started!

Great weekend at the @PGFnetwork Goodwill Games!! Here are some of my pitching clips from the weekend. I only had 2 strikeouts but I had an amazing defense to back me up.
