@LNRailway It's okay. I didn't expect any better. You can keep the money. I'm just exhausted and fed up. By the way, it's not the first time. Just decided to take it to Twitter this time, because you can't keep (effectively) robbing people.
@LNRailway you guys are truly aweful to your customers. So now after a long day at meetings, I get to London, visit your platform 10 office for my refund, and they are saying they can't refund me. Okay, don't refund the virgin ticket, refund the west midlands ticket. Can't. Argh!
@LNRailway Are you serious? So there isn't a standard straight forward process to be refunded your money when your company has cancelled a train, and forced customers to buy a new ticket, missed scheduled meetings, no fault of theirs. Wow! Speechless! I need to 'contact' customer relations?
@LNRailway Which ticket, the £33 I spent on the virgin ticket, or the £16 on the west midlands ticket. I was asked where I bought the ticket. I said using the app. "So request refund from app". But the app takes off £10 admin fee and so I get £6 for £46 spent. Uh?

@LNRailway not a great start to my day. Have an important meeting at 14.00 and my 12.12 train cancelled. Only possible train is a Virgin, and for that I have to pay for a new ticket. How does that work. Unacceptable! I expect a refund and not the kind that never comes.
This week, I’m traveling to Africa for the first time since I left office – a continent of wonderful diversity, thriving culture, and remarkable stories. As I prepare for this trip, I wanted to share a list of books that I’d recommend for summer reading: https://t.co/W4Jc0N23iy

@chris_kammy tired of hearing people talk about Man United as a none attacking team. Football is neither about attack or defence solely; it is about balance and Man United were more balanced than Liverpool, attacking when they needed to and defending in a balanced strategy.
@SundaySupp listening to the most biased and one sided discussion on Mourinho. These people seem to know nothibg about football and comment as though there is only one way to play and enjoy.
