@StephenMakin I exaggerate. I mean on call looking after entire speciality- a number of wards, clerking new patients and seeing walk in assessment unit - coordination is very helpful

@O2 fraud case raised over 40 days ago- told to wait for fraud team and my account is secure. Today received email confirming sim swap- hacker now has my phone number despite being told my account is secure ! In store now told nothing you can do until fraud team contact me?!

@O2 my account was hacked over 40 days ago- today I had a sim swap carried out on my number- o2 store confirms no blocks put on the fraudulent numbers and that they are active still

@O2 sim swap done on my ‘secured’ account I now have no access to my number and has been taken over despite fraud team and o2 assuring me account is secure pending fraud investigation
