No H5N1 pandemic declaration. No widespread human transmission.
But the vaccine competition is already open. BARDA’s new “Single Shield Prize” is putting $80+ million behind single-administration H5N1 vaccine platforms, with the first $64 million earmarked for concept development and nonclinical proof of concept.
Yesterday, Jill and I were keynote speakers at the Green County Republican BBQ in Virginia. We had an excellent time, as the countryside, the people, the music and the food were all amazing, and many thanks to the committee for inviting us!
On a more serious note, if you live in Virginia - go vote NO on all three constitutional amendments! Particularly, #1 - as someone's life depends on it!
Early voting is available - so use it!
THIS WEEK! Mold Toxicity: Could Your Environment Be Making You Sick?
On this week’s show, IMA Head of Medical and Scientific Affairs Dr. Ryan Cole (@DoctorCole) will be joined by IMA Senior Fellow Dr. Daniel Stock for an important discussion on chronic mold exposure, biotoxin-mediated illness, signs and symptoms to watch for, and approaches to reducing exposure and helping the body clear accumulated biotoxins. Scientists just found a reason for the exhaustion of long COVID — microscopic clots in the blood.
The study was published in the Journal of Medical Virology.
Researchers discovered that patients with the condition have nearly twenty times more microscopic blood clots than healthy individuals. Unlike typical clots, these 'microclots' are wrapped in sticky, web-like structures made of DNA and enzymes released by white blood cells.
These webs, known as neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs), act as structural armor, preventing the body from naturally breaking down the clots. This leads to a persistent blockage in the capillaries—the body's smallest blood vessels—which starves tissues of oxygen and drives chronic inflammation.
This discovery marks a massive shift in how post-viral illnesses are understood. Historically, many Long COVID patients struggled to find validation because standard blood tests routinely came back normal.
By showing that these microscopic clots are structurally bound to NETs, scientists are paving the way for targeted treatments, such as therapies designed to dissolve these persistent blocks. It also offers a glimmer of hope for millions suffering from other poorly understood chronic conditions, such as Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), where similar microclotting patterns have been observed.

For every peer-reviewed published case of fatal mRNA COVID-19 myocarditis, there must be thousands of cases like these that never make it into publication. @OpenVAERS@McCulloughFund
Could Florida’s lawsuit against Pfizer open the door to broader accountability?
IMA Senior Fellow @DrKatLindley joins One America News (@OANN) to discuss what the case could mean for those injured by COVID-19 vaccines—and whether it could help pave the way for similar action in other states. Watch now.
The mRNA Was Modified to Last Longer. Nobody Established How Long.
Your own messenger RNA is gone in minutes to hours. Made, used, broken down, continuously. The mRNA in these products is NOT THAT MOLECULE. It was chemically altered through pseudouridylation — Nobel Prize chemistry — specifically to resist breakdown and keep producing protein longer. Durability was the DESIGN GOAL. So how long does it persist? Where does it distribute? What shuts it off? Standard questions asked of every drug. For a platform built to last, they were the only ones that mattered. @dbongino
