Chris Smith lost his Kris Kross partner and his best friend since first grade. He honored Chris Kelly through music and art. 🖤

Long before “Jump,” they were two boys growing up together in Atlanta. Their friendship carried them into worldwide fame and onto Michael Jackson’s Dangerous tour.

Kelly was just 34 when he passed away.

Smith later explained that music and writing helped him deal with the loss. He wrote a tribute called “Best Friends Forever” and created sketches and paintings in Kelly’s memory.

“I hold onto all those good times,” he said.

Boosie BadAzz's son was reportedly arrested for armed robbery, battery and drug possession in Louisiana yesterday.

Ivy Ray Hatch, 18, was booked in Livingston Parish on Thursday (Oct. 22), according to TMZ. He faces some serious charges, including armed robbery, aggravated battery, possession with intent to distribute drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm with drugs. He has since bonded out.

Details surrounding the arrest are scarce at this time. XXL has reached out to Boosie's team and the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office for comment.
