Yesterday I used my FoodSaver for the first time in like 3 years. I bought a whole strip loin from Sam's Club. 15 lb. It yielded 18 N Y strip steaks
@carnivoremax I have not tried the tongue. If you're familiar with wildfork foods, I bought one heart, liver, kidney, and cut that up into equal parts and put them into little baggies, The 3x4, and froze them. I got a ton of that in my freezer in my garage. Great for nutrition in the blender
@SBakerMD@BetterFedBeef That looks really good. I just stuck a steak in the refrigerator from the freezer. It's 11:00 at night. I'm not sure what cut it is. Doesn't matter. I got a box and a half of 60 eggs from Wally World. I don't know who to trust anymore so I just get regular eggs
@Ford_Nick Where the heck are the whites on the eggs? Either way I'm eating all of it. Just saying. Add a small steak to that. No bread no rolls no toast
@carnivoremax You know what, I had my first ceviche at Dania Beach Pier in Florida some 5 or 6 years ago. It had shrimp in it. I think the next day we went right back there and I had some with yellow tail snapper. I mean that was so great I can't believe how the citrus cooks the flesh cold.
@SBakerMD@BetterFedBeef You know Shawn, I kind of like the bone in. It is always arguably better flavor? I don't know. A little more rustic? I don't know. As long as they're not overpriced. Like that huge bone sticking out of the cowboy steak, tomahawk. I mean then that's okay.
@Ford_Nick Perfect sliced up and put in containers for work for the week. One layer on the bottom and then three or four over easy eggs on top of that. On top of ice packs in a bag, perfect. Oh and those eggs once they get cold they end up Jammy? Gooey? Idk. So good though.
@ScottRo83866595 That looks really good. How does a chuck roast end up over charcoal? I'm assuming that's the cut of meat. If that's a big ass high quality steak then yeah that's insane
@Ford_Nick I used to live in a small town in Pennsylvania called Quakertown. There was a pizza joint called Frank's Pizza. Guys were from New York. They only had like six tables. But all had glass jars of red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese, and garlic. We would put it all on a slice.
@ohhanxiety Carnivore diet. Also no alcohol. I think I went like 27 days. 30 something pounds. I really need to try it again. Best I ever felt. It's tough when you live with other people that eat whatever and you also sit at a dinner table together as a family.
