@virginmedia after waiting for the technician to come, 4 hours later is rescheduled for Thursday. More days without service than with it, really? The happiest day in my life will be when I finally cancel my contract and never have to deal with your lack of work ethics again
@virginmedia after just two days with you my broadband is not working anymore and is not possible to contact any technician. Can I get it working or a refund?
@virginmedia I already called several times and there is no way to talk to a human. Not even after waiting for almost an hour on a non free number. I cannot call back. There is no way to receive a call from you directly? I expected better service from Virgin.
@virginmedia Yes, there was no other option. Is that the only solution? Just two days with service and you want me to wait for three days before I "may" have a solution? If that's it I may prefer to cancel my account before I get any bill for a service I am not receiving. How can I do that?
@virginmedia Yes, checked everything, tried the troubleshooting... And nothing. Hub 3.0 is green int. with green wifi light. I tried to talk to a technician but waited for an hour and nothing. App gives me an appointment for the 22nd, that would be more days without service than with it...
