My Mount Rushmore of tv shows. Came really close to replacing The Simpsons with Vanderpump Rules cause there are less bad seasons of the latter (though it’s also lost its fastball completely), but the highs of The Simpsons are the best tv show ever created.
My thought is: The PAC-12 was a sinking ship. USC saw the ship was sinking and were the first ones to say “I’m leaving and getting on a better ship”. The fact that Oregon and Washington followed suit instead of maintaining the PAC-10 I think bears this out.
This is quite the debate
The answer is: The Pac-12 didn't actively work to undermine USC; nor did it treat the most valuable brand in a strategically savvy fashion. In Larry Scott's world, Oregon State (Ray) and Arizona State (Crow) had as much clout as the Trojans. Not smart
@JohnnyVenerable I’m still wondering why Texas fired him, and why USC and Stanford passed on him. Only rumor I’ve seen is he was passed on for “fit” reasons.
It’s so funny to know who the Beatles are your whole life, see the Target tshirt, have the corniest losers and band geeks and old people explain the Beatles to you, and then listen to the Beatles and it’s actually the fucking best shit ever.
