Legend. Icon. 44.
There will be only one Jim Brown. We're saddened to have lost the greatest of all time today.
Our thoughts are with the Brown family, his friends and loved ones.
Today in middle school: Not to brag, but I was invited to join the Duck Club by some 6th graders today. Apparently there is a truce with the Polar Bear Club and the Frog Club, but we don’t get along with the Fox Club.
I am not making this up.
It was an honor to attend the school board meeting for the recognition of 3 of our Parcells teachers. Thank you to the Louisa St. Clair chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution in awarding a grant to Mrs. Hool, Mrs. Pearson and (not pictured) Mrs. Corbett!
Today the story of Parcells includes the story of America! We were honored with guests from the Louisa St. Clair chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, to host a flag raising as part of Constitution Week, and fifth graders led the pledge for all of our students!
It is an honor and a privilege to serve with our Parcells MS staff as we begin to write the story of the 2022-23 school year. And of course, the 2nd Annual Rock-Paper-Scissors Tournament! (Champion: Mrs. Sabella, who didn’t want to be photographed)
HERE WE GO! #1minwalk2work throwback as schools head back soon. The most important thing to get ready in your room IS YOU. The cat poster that hangs on the wall & tells the kid to hang in there doesn’t make the kid hang in there…YOU DO. Take care of yourself & your colleagues.
Our last day of school complete with great outfits and a talent show as we bid farewell to our 8th graders. Have a great summer Panthers! See you in September!
So proud of our remarkable hard working daughter and this great leader @sammilch as she crosses the stage into the next chapter. Great things await you!
