@KenyaPower_Care I can confirm i now we have power at Machau, shiva area. Thank you very much for restoring power after 35 days of blackout and incurring losses on perishable food. I hope this will stay on and we will not go back to the dark nights. Thank you.

Over 100 homes with aged men, women and small children are affected in Kathekakai,Shiva area of no power. We just need power restored. Interim bills are being sent

@KenyaPower Ticket number 11223862 is still pending. I was called by the Machakos office - 0719079193 and to my suprise they said they have never received any complaint from anyone - over 100 homes affected in Kathekakai,Shiva area of no power. We just need power restored. Please

@KenyaPower Good morning. It has been 4 weeks of pain and darkness. I have logged several tickets: -11005713 (26.04.24), 11097617 (25.04.24), 11114164 (27.04.24) and 11223862 (07.05.24)- Pending. All the other 3 tickets were closed without any call and i am still in the darkness.
