“Today, I celebrate 10 years of sobriety.

I am full of gratitude — and also so incredibly sad that my dog Porter didn’t make it to this milestone with me. I genuinely would not be here today without him, and without SO many amazing humans who have believed in me, loved me, supported me, and helped me keep going. Thank you.

I’m pushing through some of the hardest months of my life right now, but if the last 10 years have taught me anything, it’s that I can keep going — and that things can get better.

I am not alone, and neither are you.
