@maartenballiauw Yeah, I can see the benefit from a reader-acquisition pov, but in terms of usability it's a bit annoying.

@maartenballiauw Not sure what the benefit is of delaying the publishing. I can imagine something wrg to visitors and more evenly spread out publishing, but on the flip side, you'll also lose people that don't come back for the other parts.

@ploeh I've been using Ghost as my blogging platform. I came from Wordpress and I couldn't be happier. It isn't free, but you own everything, it's really fast and very low friction.

@isaac_abraham @TeaDrivenDev @k_cieslak @zaid_ajaj I guess that's the subjective part of programming. In general, I try not to knock anything down until I've at least tried it out for a while. Unless there are objective reasons why not to do something. In the snippet, I don't see anything objectively "wrong"

@isaac_abraham @TeaDrivenDev @k_cieslak @zaid_ajaj What's exactly wrong with this? It looks much more readable to me than loops and vars. With loops and vars I have to compile it in my head. This snippet shows exactly what it's doing without all of that.
